As we know every coin has two sides, Social media also has both side upside and downside. It is benefit for any business but, it comes with a couple of disadvantages.

It is good if your customers like you and your business but, it is a kind of disaster if they don’t. Platforms like Facebook and twitter enable anybody and everybody to impart their insights, which makes their conversation more interesting, but can be dangerous for marketers.

Facebook has 1.13 billion daily active users moreover, twitter has 313 million monthly active users, and Instagram has 500 million. It is an opportunity for marketer to increase their business.

It is very simply and easy to create and use. It is free to create an account on any social media platform. None of the largest platform have signup fee.

Increase Brand Loyalty
In addition to increasing the reach of your brand, web marketing also allows you to increase bran loyalty. Social media is more than a social pitch.








Negative Feedback
Social media users have free rein to post whatever they want. For example, if a person is angry r unhappy for something else and he will rate your company in anger as dislike which is not good for you company.

Time Intensive
It take lots of time and efforts to build a bridge between your customers to maintain an interactive social media presence. They have to do such a things to keep their customer to be loyal so that they will come back again to their page.
